Medley 41: Come Again?
I am so freakin’ excited to be emailing you this.
It’s been a year-long project now, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. I’m going to share the introduction with you in a second, but first, a little backstory.
If you’ve been following this journey, the book came about from my own frustrations with the existing literature on improving sex for men. When I became interested in reading up on it years ago, I was constantly frustrated with the poor quality of information I was finding and how hard it was to sift through all the macho bullshit.
So I wrote one article, then another, and a few months later I was getting 10,000+ people a day reading the site for sex advice. Pretty soon a goal started to take shape: Write the book that I, or any man or woman, would give to a guy who wants to become great(er) in bed.
And completely objectively, with no self-serving bias in the slightest, I think I’ve done that.
The feedback from early readers has been excellent:
“I read through the mental foundation section, and it was weird, I hadn’t focused on that stuff before, but** as soon as I worked some of it in with my girlfriend our sex immediately improved** . I didn’t realize how important that was.”
“I, uh, am not sure how to say this… but** I got hard from reading your book** .”
“I'm super impressed with** how thorough you were and how approachable it felt** . Most books like this are really awkward and as a result, are much more difficult to take seriously or recommend to others.”
“A really good read, “bullshit” or useless things. While it's a good guide for sex I think it helps into so much more (communication with your partner for example). ”
And, the simplest but my favorite reaction of all:
“It's the best overall look at this stuff.”
To pick up a print or ebook copy for yourself, head over to Amazon (other distributors coming soon).
And if you’d like to read the introduction first, you can see that on my blog here.
Enjoy!
